Typically, three months after your initial appointment, you’ll see the same doctor again. But if you need extra support or reassurance, we’re happy to see you sooner.

Continued care and ongoing support

After the follow-up appointment, we can continue to see you on an as-needed, or on an annual basis if your condition and symptoms are stable. Our commitment to your care can carry on for as long as you need In addition to your aftercare we provide 2x free 15min Menopause Coaching sessions per year for ongoing patients.

Menopause Coaching

It can be easy to feel isolated when you’re experiencing some of the more challenging menopausal symptoms. Learn how to navigate this phase and get the support you need with trained Menopause Coach, Jane James.

Jane offers a one off £45 session, or two free 30 min sessions after your first consultation with Menopause Care.
