Feel seen, heard and understood

Today, menopause is being talked about more openly. Yet many women still struggle to access clear, evidence-based care they can trust.

Too often, women in the UK describe feeling unheard when they seek help for perimenopause or menopause. Symptoms may be dismissed, appointments can feel rushed, and it is easy to leave without answers or a clear plan.

We are here to change that.

How we can help

We take a holistic approach

Your menopause is unique to you. We believe your treatment should be too. Drawing on years of medical experience and specialist knowledge, we’ll always recommend the best solution based on your history, lifestyle and personal preferences.

How it works

Our Areas of Expertise: Going Beyond the Basics

You deserve more than 10 minutes to explain how you feel.

While GPs play a vital role in your health, complex hormonal imbalances often require a deeper conversation than a standard appointment allows. We created our clinic to provide the time and space you’ve been looking for. We listen to the specific, nuanced challenges you are facing and apply our specialist training to give you the answers you deserve.

You do not need to wait for your periods to stop to get your life back.

Perimenopause & HRT

icon

We specialise in the "grey area" of perimenopause that turbulent time when you still have a cycle but no longer feel like yourself. We treat this early transition using body-identical HRT. These are hormones chemically identical to those your body produces, prescribed in a custom plan to stabilise your mood, sleep, and energy levels years before menopause officially begins.

The "Cliff Edge" Effect

Surgical Menopause

icon

When menopause arrives overnight due to surgery (oophorectomy), the physical and emotional impact can be overwhelming. Unlike natural menopause, which is a gradual decline, surgical menopause is a sudden drop.

You shouldn't have to fight for the right support while you are recovering. We bridge this gap immediately with specialized care designed to stabilize your system, protecting your heart, bones, and brain so you can focus on healing.

PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome)

Being diagnosed with menopause in your 20s or 30s can feel isolating. Standard HRT protocols are often designed for women in their 50s, leaving younger women under-treated.

We provide a compassionate, long-term partnership to navigate this journey. From fertility discussions to protecting your future bone density, we ensure you never feel like "just another patient" in a system designed for older women. We use physiological dosing to restore what your body should naturally have at your age.

The Missing Piece for Energy, Desire & Vitality

Testosterone Treatment

icon

Testosterone is not just a “male hormone”. It plays an important role in women’s health, especially during perimenopause and menopause. When levels fall, it can affect libido, energy, motivation, mental clarity, and your overall sense of self. Despite this, it is often overlooked or not discussed.

We offer specialist, evidence-based testosterone therapy as part of comprehensive menopause care. Treatment is prescribed carefully and monitored closely. This is not about increasing hormones unnecessarily, but about restoring levels so your body can function as it should.

We take time to understand your symptoms in the context of your wider health, assess whether testosterone is right for you, and tailor treatment safely. For many women, addressing testosterone is the missing piece that helps them feel like themselves again, with more energy, confidence, and enjoyment of life.

The Menopause & HRT Discussion Group

The Menopause & HRT Discussion Group on Facebook began over a decade ago, after my own experience of struggling with severe symptoms following ovarian surgery. At the time, support and reliable information were hard to find, so I created a space where women could share experiences and access the guidance I had been looking for myself.
