PCOS can feel confusing - but it doesn't have to be
PCOS affects around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age.
PCOS can affect every part of life, from periods and hormones to energy, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and so much more. For many women, it takes years to get clear answers, and symptoms are often managed in isolation.
Our specialist, doctor-led PCOS care starts with listening. We focus on understanding how PCOS affects you, helping you feel understood, supported, and more in control, with personalised care that adapts as your needs change over time.
How our care works
- 1
Specialist consultation (45 min)
A menopause specialist doctor takes time to explore your symptoms, hormonal stage, medical history, and any existing ADHD diagnosis or concerns.
- 2
Personalised plan
Your clinician will create a personalised care plan based on your symptoms, medical history, and priorities. This may include hormone treatment where appropriate, alongside practical lifestyle and wellbeing support.
- 3
Ongoing review and support
Prescription management, blood tests if needed, and continuity of care for as long as you need.
Common PCOS Symptoms
PCOS symptoms vary from person to person and can change over time. Not everyone experiences the same symptoms, and how severe symptoms feel does not always reflect long-term health risk.

Treatment options for PCOS
PCOS is a long-term condition, but with the right support, symptoms can often be managed effectively. Because PCOS affects each woman differently, there is no single treatment plan that suits everyone.
Our specialist approach to PCOS and hormone care
A detailed overview of how our doctors assess, treat, and support you

Specialist consultation for PCOS support
45 minute specialist assessment
Your clinician will:
- Review irregular periods, acne, excess hair growth, weight changes, fatigue, or low energy
- Discuss your menstrual and hormonal history
- Consider mood, sleep, and concentration
- Review previous tests or diagnoses
- Assess for overlapping conditions such as thyroid disorders or insulin resistance
- Advise if blood tests or further investigations are needed
You will leave with clarity on what is most likely driving your symptoms and what support is appropriate.
Personalised treatment plan
PCOS affects every woman differently. Care is tailored to you.
Options may include:
- Hormonal treatment to regulate cycles or manage androgen symptoms
- Non-hormonal medical options, where appropriate
- Monitoring and blood tests for safe treatment
- Metabolic and lifestyle support, including insulin resistance guidance
- Psychological support, such as CBT if mood or confidence are affected
Your care plan is developed with you, taking into account your symptoms, preferences, reproductive goals, and long-term health.
Ongoing support and review
PCOS is a long-term condition, and symptoms can change over time. Many women benefit from ongoing review rather than one-off appointments.
We offer:
- Follow-up appointments with a specialist clinician as needed
- Support from our care team between appointments
- Clear guidance on reviewing and adjusting treatment over time
- Prescriptions and blood tests, where recommended, coordinated through our clinic
Your care is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains appropriate, safe, and aligned with how you are feeling and what matters to you.
Our Approach
Every person’s experience is different. Our role is to help you understand how hormonal changes may be affecting your body and mind, and explore safe and evidence-based treatment options that work best for you and your lifestyle.
