Natasha outside of work
βI have 3 teenage daughters and various pets including to 2 crazy springer spaniels. In my spare time I love being outdoors either walking or playing various sports, mainly netball, tennis and padel. I also love meeting up with friends and having a natter over a cuppa.β

About
Kate is a Menopause specialist with a particular interest in anxiety and hormonal migraines in menopause.
Kate lives in rural North Essex and is a busy mum to three teenage children, along with a variety of animals. She thrives on the joys and chaos of family life and understands the challenges of being a working mum. When she can, Kate loves escaping into nature with her friends and family, walking her dog through the beautiful countryside, pottering around on horseback, or paddleboarding along the river. Although itβs a bit of a trek from North Essex, she jumps at any chance to walk beside (or swim in) the sea.
Medical expertise
I qualified as a GP in 2013 and worked as a GP partner for years developing my interests in mental health, womenβs health and hormonal migraines. I have a particular interest in the impact and management of anxiety during the menopause. I have studied for a degree in behavioural science prior to training as a doctor.
