Help A Partner Find Specialist Men’s Hormone Care
Menopause Care x H3 Health
At Menopause Care, we see every day how powerful the right hormone support can be. When someone begins to feel more like themselves again, it can positively affect every part of life.
But hormonal changes aren't just a womens' issue.
Testosterone plays a vital role in men’s health, yet shifts in these levels are often accepted as an inevitable part of getting older. Because these changes are often subtle, it is frequently a partner or friend who first notices that the spark has faded.
To ensure men receive the same expert, evidence-based care as our patients, we work in partnership with H3 Health, a leading specialist, doctor-led clinic that helps men at all stages of life understand their hormonal health and reclaim their quality of life.
Through this partnership, men referred via Menopause Care can access expert assessment at a discounted partner consultation rate.

Recognising Hormonal Changes in Men
Testosterone influences how men feel day to day, from physical energy and muscle strength to mood and cognitive function. When levels fall too low, the impact can be life-altering, affecting work, home life, and intimate relationships.
Symptoms often develop gradually over several years, making them difficult to spot. Every man’s experience is unique, and while some may notice physical changes, others may find the emotional shifts more prominent.

Our Founder, Dr Naomi Potter, on the Importance of Care
“I had met so many patients who felt confused about their symptoms, anxious without clear guidance, and left without a diagnosis or information about menopause. With Menopause Care, I wanted to change that, offering the support, knowledge, and compassion women deserve to feel their best through midlife.”
Dr Naomi Potter founded Menopause Care with a mission to provide the gold standard in specialist hormone support. As a British Menopause Society (BMS) registered specialist, Dr Naomi is a leading voice in menopause advocacy and education. Her focus remains on empowering women with the right combination of hormones and lifestyle support to navigate midlife with confidence.

How your referral works
Initial doctor consultation
Use the Menopause Care partner link below to book a discounted initial consultation. You start with a consultation with an H3 doctor to discuss your symptoms, concerns, medical history, and health goals. This allows your doctor to assess whether testosterone deficiency is a possible explanation and whether blood testing is appropriate.
Initial blood testing
If indicated, a comprehensive venous blood test is arranged, including testosterone and related markers. Blood tests are usually performed in the morning.
Review of results
Your doctor reviews your results and explains what they mean in the context of your symptoms and health.
Confirmation and treatment planning
A second blood test is required to confirm diagnosis. If treatment is appropriate, a personalised plan is agreed.
Ongoing monitoring and follow-up
Follow-up is arranged to ensure safety and effectiveness — typically at three months, six months, and then every six to twelve months.
