About
Based in Scotland, Rebecca was a GP in palliative care before becoming a menopause specialist. She specialises in CBT, histamine sensitivity and hypnotherapy.
My approach
I’m passionate about taking a person-centred approach to managing menopause, exploring the impact of symptoms on a person, but also looking at how we can empower women to support themselves. This may include conventional treatments such as HRT, as well looking at diet and lifestyle, or using CBT or hypnotherapy to support positive changes. I believe in an individualised, evidence-based approach which supports women to make informed choices.
Medical expertise
I am a member of the British Menopause Society, APHP, GHR and BMAS. I have a special interest in histamine intolerance, as well as holding diplomas in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy.

“I'm a mum of 3. In what spare time I have, I like to walk and run with our 18-month old Border Collie (well, living in the Borders, what other breed of dog can you have?!).”
