Oestrogen treatments

Oestrogen replacement refers to supplementing the body’s natural oestrogen levels, usually through Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). This can help manage symptoms of menopause, such as hot flushes, brain fog, joint pain, and vaginal dryness.

Progesterone treatments

Progesterone is a key hormone produced by the ovaries after ovulation. While it plays a major role in the menstrual cycle and pregnancy, it also supports mood, sleep, and brain function.

Testosterone treatments

Testosterone is a natural female hormone, just like oestrogen and progesterone. Levels are usually highest between the ages of 18 and 24. Our levels decline steadily with age and may be up to 70% lower by the time of a 'natural' menopause.

Vaginal Oestrogen

Vaginal oestrogen is a low-dose, targeted hormone therapy used to relieve vaginal dryness, discomfort, and urinary symptoms caused by menopause. Unlike standard HRT, it does not carry the same risks and does not increase the risk of breast cancer.

Combined HRT

Combined HRT refers to medications which contain both the oestrogen part of HRT, and the progestogen. It is for women who still have a womb, and generally comes in the forms of patches or tablets.
