About
Before joining the Menopause Care team, I worked in the NHS for over two decades including as a GP partner. I now practise solely in women’s hormonal health care. As a busy mum to three girls, I understand the unique pressures women face whether at home or in work and provide compassionate care.
Medical expertise
I encourage the use of focused lifestyle adjustments to improve long-term and immediate wellbeing, alongside the use of HRT and other prescription medication. Menopause care should be individualised to your medical history and personal preference. I believe women should be given choice and be supported to make decisions that feel right for their differing life experiences. Really listening to your story helps find the right care for you.

We arranged a questions and answers session with Dr Andrews which was super helpful for the women in our work menopause support group.
