My approach is to empower women with evidence-based information and advice that helps them to make informed decisions and take control of their own health. With simple, mindful improvements in nutrition, sleep, purpose and relaxation, I believe women can make profound steps towards greater well-being and long-term health in perimenopause and menopause. My aim is to provide support and guidance to help women achieve balance in their lives while offering a compassionate listening ear
Medical expertise
I am an experienced GP and worked for many years in the NHS as well as in the French healthcare system. I have a particular interest in menopause, disease prevention and metabolic health, helping women to manage their symptoms, reduce their risk of developing long term health conditions, and improve the quality of their lives.

Lydia outside of work
βI love running, yoga, hiking and weight training as well as dabbling with cold water swimming. I also enjoy and nurturing my gut microbiome (and boring my children about it!). I find joy in friendships, home-cooked food, books, cinema and travel as well as a good night out dancing!β
