Feel Supported Every Step of the Way

Menopause care should not feel reactive or uncertain.

Menopause treatment is rarely a one-off decision. Hormone levels fluctuate, particularly during perimenopause. What worked six months ago may need refining as your body continues to change.

Our Doctor-Led Menopause Care Plan is designed to provide that continuity, with structured review and consistent specialist oversight.

Perimenopause and menopause are rarely static. Hormone levels fluctuate and symptoms can shift over time. You may notice changes in sleep, mood, cognition, bleeding patterns or energy levels, even if treatment has previously felt stable. Regular, structured review allows us to reassess your symptoms carefully and adjust treatment where appropriate, so your care remains aligned with how you are feeling now.

Hormone therapy is individual and may require refinement over time. A dose or preparation that once felt balanced may need careful adjustment as your body continues to change. Planned follow-up ensures any changes are made safely, thoughtfully and in line with current evidence.

Menopause care works best when it is consistent. Seeing the same specialist team allows us to understand your hormonal stage, medical history and treatment response in detail. This continuity supports safer prescribing and more considered long-term care.

Menopause treatment is not only about managing immediate symptoms. It also plays an important role in protecting bone density, cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing. Ongoing specialist oversight allows us to review both symptom control and longer-term health considerations.

Appointments, prescriptions and follow-up are planned across the year. This reduces uncertainty and helps prevent gaps in treatment. Spreading the cost monthly allows care to remain manageable while maintaining regular specialist supervision.

Detailed Subscription Information

Your Plan and Payments
  • The subscription runs on a 12-month cycle, with benefits automatically renewing every 3 months.
  • Monthly payments of £99 are collected from your stored card.
  • Payments evenly spread the cost of your consultations, medication allowance, and ongoing care.
  • Please let us know promptly if your card details change, so payments can continue monthly and ensure your care and prescriptions are not interrupted.
  • Your subscription runs on a 12-month cycle.
  • A minimum of 3 monthly payments (£297) must be made before cancelling — this covers your consultation and medication period.
  • You may request to end your subscription at any point, as long as payments are up to date for any appointments and medication you have already received (worked out in 3-monthly cycles). If any payments are still required, your subscription will be set to cancel on a future date, or we can send you an invoice to clear the outstanding balance if preferred.
  • Changing to an alternative subscription is only possible after a 3 month cycle has completed. This cannot be carried out retrospectively to appointments or medication that have already been provided. Please contact us before entering into your next 3 month payment cycle.
  • Appointments and medication already received cannot be refunded, and unused portions (e.g. medication under £90) are non-refundable.
  • If we need to update the subscription price or withdraw it, we’ll always give at least 30 days’ notice.

Your Expert-Led Appointments & Compassionate Care
  • Your subscription includes up to 4 follow-up appointments per year, usually every 3 months (provided all 12 monthly payments have been received).
    • Your first year includes a 45-minute new patient appointment, followed by three 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Appointments can be brought forward if clinically needed (for example, after changing HRT).
  • Each appointment is covered by 3 monthly payments (£297), which also includes your ongoing care and medication allowance – even if no medication is prescribed.
  • If you book two appointments close together, we may ask for a top-up payment so that your subscription remains in sync. The overall cost to you will still be £297 for the appointment, £90 medication contribution and other benefits.
  • If you would like extra appointments, these are available at £225 per 30-minute appointment.
  • Appointments cannot be carried over into the following year.
  • Please give at least 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a one-month fee (£99) as a contribution to administrative costs and the lost appointment slot. This will be charged at the time of cancellation and must be paid before booking again.
  • Quick administrative or simple clinical queries can be handled via email.
  • More detailed questions, treatment reviews, or new symptoms require a booked follow-up appointment.
  • Clinicians are not able to offer free additional appointments or telephone calls outside your subscription.
  • One reduced (50% off) a 60 minute coaching session with Holly Adcock ICF accredited Lifestyle coaching per subscription plan. Contact the admin team to arrange this session.
  • Further sessions can be booked following this at full price if required. For more information visit Holly's bio.

Medication and Delivery
  • Your subscription includes up to £90 of prescribed medication every 3 months, dispensed by our in-house pharmacy and delivered to your registered UK address.
  • Prescriptions cannot be transferred to external pharmacies.
  • If your medication costs more than your £90 allowance, the prescription team will contact you before dispatch to confirm and arrange an invoice for the difference.
  • The £90 allowance renews every 3 months on the anniversary date of your first appointment. The £90 allowance expires at the end of each quarter. Any outstanding credit cannot be carried forward.
  • Medication supply is linked to your active subscription. To receive your next 3-month supply, at least one new monthly payment (£99) from the next cycle must have been made.
  • If you need medication early (for example, before travelling), please contact us. Requests for early or extra supplies are reviewed individually and may require a top-up payment.
  • Medication is provided only through our internal pharmacy to ensure safety, quality and consistency.
  • We post to your registered UK address – please check details are correct before dispatch as we cannot be held responsible for medication being delivered to an incorrect address. We post with Royal Mail, and it should be received in 48 hours.
  • If medication is lost due to an incorrect or outdated address, replacement costs are not covered.
  • If medication goes missing in the post, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
  • Occasionally, medicines may be affected by shortages or price changes (e.g. Estradot shortages).
  • We will discuss alternative options available through our in-house pharmacy or partner pharmacies.
  • If you choose to source medication outside of our in-house pharmacy (externally or through our partner pharmacies), the cost will not be covered by your subscription; your £90 allowance only applies to in-house prescriptions.
  • YES products are not included in the £90 allowance.
  • You will receive 50% off blood tests when recommended by your specialist and arranged through us with Randox or Goodbody. Tests arranged elsewhere or not clinically recommended will not be discounted and may not be interpreted unless agreed with your doctor.
  • If you would like additional tests beyond what is advised, these can be arranged at full cost.
