In addition, you can access clinical messaging through the portal if you need support between appointments.

Whether that means adjusting your medication or exploring additional options, you’ll receive tailored support based on how you’re feeling now.

It often takes time to find what works best for you. With expert guidance at every step, you’re not doing this alone. To continue receiving your medication with us, your follow-up appointment is needed before your next prescription.

  This structure provides ongoing care and support while spreading the cost evenly.
  
  You can book your follow up appointment at any time. Most patients need a follow-up after three months.
  
  Our flexible plans run on 3-month rolling cycles. Booking early is possible but adds another 3 months to your plan. For example, 2 appointments in the first 3 months will equal a 6-month commitment.
