No. All plan medications are supplied through our in-house pharmacy only.

Yes. Please contact the admin team at info@menopausecare.co.uk, who will confirm if costs fall within your allowance and advise you of any additional charges.

Yes, you can use external blood test providers; however, their costs are not included in the plan. Providers must be UK-based and offer venous tests (not finger-prick). We are unable to accept screenshots from the NHS app or other providers — we will need a copy of the original results before these can be added to your record. For compliance with CQC guidelines and GMC regulations, your results must clearly show your name, date of birth, and the date the tests were taken.

Please notify us promptly. If we cannot collect payment, your plan and medication supply will be paused until the balance is cleared.

We can only post medications within the UK. Please contact us in advance if you are moving or travelling abroad to discuss options. 

Yes. If you do not require regular prescriptions, you can choose the £69/month plan, which includes:

• One appointment with your specialist every three months
• 50% off blood tests when recommended by your specialist, and arranged through us with Randox or Goodbody
• Up to 2 menopause mentor sessions per year with Jane James

You can switch to this plan at the end of your current 3-month payment cycle, once all payments for that cycle are up to date. However, please note that plan changes cannot be made mid-cycle, and this option is not available where medication is still being provided through our internal pharmacy.
