Get to know me

I have been a nurse in the NHS for 25 years, working in general practice for the last 15 years. I have developed a specialist interest in women’s health and see many women seeking support and management of symptoms relating to the menopause. I support and educate women in perimenopause, menopause, HRT and testosterone replacement as well as family planning and sexual health.

I believe women need the time and support to make personalised choices about their care based on the evidence available and I fully understand the complexities of juggling issues that present at this stage of life.
