Medical expertise
I qualified as a doctor in 1996 and trained in urology before becoming a GP in 2007. I worked for some years as a GP with special interest in Urology, focusing particularly on female pelvic health. I have continued with an interest in women’s health throughout my career and am a menopause and sexual health trainer. I am interested in nutrition and holistic approaches to health and wellbeing and work with a team supporting women in sport specifically around hormonal health. I am completing a coaching qualification and use these additional skills to support women along their hormonal journeys.
