“Every woman deserves the time and space to talk openly about what she’s experiencing — and to feel heard, understood, and cared for."

About
I am an experienced GP and Menopause doctor who sees the time around menopause not just as a phase to manage, but as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and take control of your health and wellbeing for the long term. My approach is always tailored to you.
Whether you are struggling with symptoms or simply looking for guidance, I can help you find relief and feel like yourself again. I also provide longer-term advice around bone and heart health, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle — helping you make confident, informed choices about your body and mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets, keeping active in the gym, and horse riding.
Medical expertise
I completed GP training in Hampshire, becoming a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2013.
I hold diplomas from The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG) and The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH).
In recent years, I have enjoyed working within a specialist menopause setting and am a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS).
