“Menopause may bring unexpected challenges but it can also be an opportunity for positive change. I love supporting women with evidence-based treatments and lifestyle measures to optimise symptoms, well-being and future health.”

About
I am an experienced GP with a diverse portfolio career and I live with my husband in Hampshire. I have a passion for vinyasa and ashtanga yoga, weight training and cycling and love animals. I find peri and post-menopausal health one of the most rewarding areas of medicine, given the dramatic impact this can have on a woman’s life. I am also passionate about health promotion and sees the menopause as a great opportunity to optimise health and well-being by offering hormone replacement and/or other medical and lifestyle advice.
Medical expertise
I am a GP, British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist and British Society of Lifestyle Medicine accredited doctor.
