About

I am an experienced GP based in Cheshire and work in both the NHS and private sectors. I believe managing and thriving during menopause and perimenopause involves a holistic approach focusing on lifestyle, sleep, stress management and nutrition as well as conventional approaches such as HRT.

Medical expertise

I qualified from the University of Bristol in 2006. I lived and worked in the South West after this to complete my junior doctor rotations before relocating to Cheshire to be closer to family. I am a British Menopause Society Accredited Menopause Specialist. I have completed diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
