Compassionate, Specialist Hormone Care

BMS trained Menopause Specialists in Bristol

Founded by Dr Naomi Potter in 2019, Menopause Care brings together one of the UK’s largest teams of experienced GPs, consultants, BMS-registered menopause specialists, registered nutritionists and lifestyle medicine professionals. We also offer access to CBT and hypnosis for menopause, creating whole-person, evidence-based support for every woman.

Hormonal changes during PMS, perimenopause and menopause can affect emotional, physical and cognitive wellbeing. They can influence relationships, careers and confidence. Many women tell us, “I do not feel like myself anymore.” More than 70% say their symptoms impact daily life, yet many struggle to access expert, consistent care.

Our clinic exists to change that.

If you live in Bristol or the wider South West, including Bath, Wells, Exeter, Cheltenham, Salcombe or Marlborough, and want clear, compassionate and specialist hormonal healthcare, we are here to help.

Our team offers video-based telehealth consultations, so you can speak to a specialist from the comfort of your home or office. This gives you the space and time to be heard and to develop a personalised plan that supports both current symptoms and long-term health.

Our focus is simple

  • We listen carefully
  • We provide balanced, evidence-based guidance
  • We create a plan that fits your needs, whether that includes HRT, non-hormonal medication, lifestyle and nutritional support, CBT or hypnosis, or weight management options

Our aim is to offer clarity and confidence so you can make informed decisions about your health.

Support for women at every stage

Many women come to us feeling unsure about their symptoms. You may have been coping for some time, or only recently begun to notice changes in your body or mood. Both are completely normal.

HRT Treatment Bristol

You may already be taking HRT and feel uncertain about whether it is right for you. You may be unsure who to trust or what information is correct. It is completely normal to question whether your treatment is working.

Our approach is thorough, calm and comprehensive.

We take time to understand your concerns and explain what may be happening in your body.

This can include looking at hormonal patterns, why symptoms vary, and how lifestyle, stress or life stage affects how you feel.

Where appropriate, we can

  • Adjust HRT types and doses
  • Arrange blood tests
  • consider testosterone or non-hormonal medications
  • Discuss supplements or holistic options that may help

Convenient online menopause care

Our Bristol menopause service is delivered entirely online via a secure video platform. This means specialist care is available wherever you live across Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Gloucestershire, Devon or Cornwall.
