How our care works

Specialist consultation (45 min)
A menopause specialist doctor takes time to explore your symptoms, hormonal stage, medical history, and any existing ADHD diagnosis or concerns.

Personalised plan
Where appropriate, this may include menopause treatment, lifestyle strategies, or guidance on further assessment (such as referral to a psychiatrist).

Ongoing review and support
Prescription management, blood tests if needed, and continuity of care for as long as you need.

45-minute online consultation with a specialist menopause doctor
Thorough hormone assessment for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms that affect mood, sleep, energy and daily life.
Please note: to be eligible for this appointment, you will need to be a new patient and currently working in emergency services (emergency services, NHS and social care, teachers, and members of the Armed Forces). You will be asked to show your ID at your consultation. Ongoing follow-up visits will be billed at our standard appointment fee.
