How and where to apply Oestrogel?

Apply to your arm or thigh
Apply one metered dose to each area e.g. if you use 2 doses, apply one dose to one inner thigh and another to an outer arm.

Avoid your breasts and genital area
It is important not to apply gel to these areas

Leave to dry for 3-5 minutes
Be patient, try brushing your teeth and wash your hands thoroughly

Do not apply any other products
Do not apply anything else to the skin for at least 2 hours after application.
