"I strive to help women make a plan for this stage in their life with support and clear guidance that’s suited to their personal needs and wishes."

About
I see women with ADHD in the perimenopause and menopause who have noticed their symptoms have exacerbated and life has become harder, which can lead to feelings of overwhelm and burnout. My approach is non-judgmental and involves a patient-centred, individualised assessment.
Medical expertise
I’m an experienced GP with a specialist interest in ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) – particularly in women – and how hormones influence symptoms.
I graduated from Sheffield University in 1998 and qualified as a GP in 2002. I achieved the postgraduate Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the certificate in family planning. I have completed the Advanced Certificate in menopause care with the British Menopause Society.
I do not do ADHD assessments for diagnosis.
